Summary: I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. The hotel staff checked my wellbeing during the nigh at my room and dmsent me a complimentary frui breakfast the following morning. This hotel is an excellent place to stay, clean, excellently maintained, corteous staff, excellent location near of restaurants, pharmacies, an impressive shopping mall and close to many important businesses centres. If you want to stay nearby downtown or the airport this hotel may not be the best shop, but for those who want to stay near the vibrant zones of Polanco, Interlomas and Lomas de Chapultepec this property is an excellent choice.
